Costumes. Shoes. Warm-ups. They don’t wear out — they just get too small, or it’s time for something new for the next routine. That gear doesn’t disappear. It sits in a closet. Or worse, it gets thrown away. Meanwhile, other dance families are stretching every dollar just to keep their kids dancing.
I know how lucky I am to get to do something I love this much. Some kids don’t get that chance — especially kids who are sick, like kids fighting cancer. So 10% every sale goes to Dancers Against Cancer, because every dancer deserves the chance to keep dancing. No matter what.
My mom is a cancer survivor, so helping Dancers Against Cancer means a lot to me.
